Never become a Monster!

Ever wonder why people living with mental or emotional illness suffer in silence??
Because we were never taught to be kind, supportive, considerate, compassionate or empathetic! #stopthestigma and if you cannot offer #support or be #considerate then stay silent because those words as much as they seem right for you only increase their suffering! Always remember that being considerate is way important than being right!
“You are stronger than that” 
“It is not really a big deal” 
“you are exaggerating” 
“you are better than a lot of others” 
“you are being over sensitive” 
“you are being a drama queen” 
“you are too aggressive” 
“you are too angry”
You are not allowed to judge them, let them feel whatever they feel. People suffering from #Mentalillness are stronger than most of us. They fight everyday to go to work, take care of their families and loves ones, be there for their friends, and act normal while they are battling their pain that is crushing them inside.
And the sad truth is, nobody ever really knows how much anyone else is hurting. We could be standing next to somebody who is completely broken and we wouldn’t even know it, because they force themselves to look fine! 
You really do not know.
Always remember that not all wounds are so visible. And just because it is not visible this doesnt make it less painful. Just walk gently in the lives of others and be kind.
You really do not know.
There is not one person in this world that is not crippling sad about something. Remember that before you open your mouth.
You really do not know.
And as much as it may seem that #mentalpain is less dramatic than physical pain, but it is more common and also more hard to bear. The frequent attempt to conceal mental pain increases the burden: it is easier to say "My tooth is aching" than to say "My heart is broken” .. so be #kind
You really do not know.
In the modern world that were are currently living in, with all the broken ties, and misconceptions about life, humanity and relationships, let’s always remember to leave people better than we found them. Hug the hurt, kiss the broken, befriend the lost and love the lonely. Let’s remember that world is tough on its own and we do not need to be source of pain to anyone.
Please, Let's vow to never become the monsters that we are trying to protect ourselves from!
